SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS

• Teams are highly encouraged to schedule games on Mon. and Fri. when those options are listed. This helps ensure we have enough officials for your games. Tues. and Thurs. afternoons are the most common dates teams schedule games, which can cause a shortage of officials.
• Teams with both CI & PI games that have the same date options (at the same site) are highly encouraged to schedule games on the same day right after each. Please schedule each starting time appropriately as games typically run 60-90 minutes in length, plus appropraite 10-20min. warm up time before each game (plus any J.V. game if scheduled).
• Wednesdays are an option if your opponent does not have scheduling restrictions for those nights.
• MAAA Conference Policy is that games are to start between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. If a team wishes to host a game outside of this timeframe, they must mutually agree on that time with their opponent.
• Teams that do not submit their HOME schedule by Mar. 1st, 2006 will have their game dates set by default and you will be required to go through and request changes at a later date.
• Teams who have spring break conflicts should email our Web Site Manager with their spring break dates and to receive alternative game dates.

Team Schedule Special Requests
South Suburban: No Wednesday games due to school board request (religion class night).
Wayzata: No Wednesday games (religion class night).
Humboldt: Requests games starting in the 4:00-5:00 timeframe (whenever possible).
