SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS
(PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING)

  • NEW POLICY 2008-09: Game schedules and changes must be submitted by the host school Activities Director (or Adapted Coordinator). Coaches may not submit schedule changes.
  • RECOMMENDED dates are in RED text. Submitted/Confirmed dates are in BLACK text. Use the recommended dates whenever possible to help us balance heavy tues./thurs. game schedules for officials.
  • Teams are highly encouraged to schedule games on Mon., Wed. and Fri. when those options are listed. This helps ensure we have enough officials for your games. Tues. and Thurs. afternoons are the most common dates teams schedule games, which causes a major shortage of officials.
  • Teams with both CI & PI games that have the same date options (at the same site) are highly encouraged to schedule games on the same day right after each. Please schedule each starting time appropriately as games typically run 60-90 minutes in length, plus appropraite 10-20min. warm up time before each game (plus any J.V. game if scheduled).
  • MAAA Conference Policy is that games are to start between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. If a team wishes to host a game outside of this timeframe, they must mutually agree on that time with their opponent.
  • PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR HOME DATES NO LATER THAN MAY 1ST, 2008.
